摘要: [目的]分析威海市突发公共卫生事件信息,规范各类突发公共卫生事件的报告、处置,提高应对突发公共卫生
事件的能力。[方法]利用国家突发公共卫生事件信息报告管理系统,采用描述性流行病学方法分析威海市突发公共卫
生事件信息。[结果]2006 年威海市共报告突发事件及相关信息103 起,确认分级的突发事件10 起。其中,较大突发事
件2 起,一般突发事件8 起,其余93 起为未分级突发事件。共波及22 916 人,病例448 例,死亡4 例。传染病事件13
起,食物中毒事件3 起,环境因素事件87 起。环翠区报告最多,45 起,占43169 %。报告发生突发事件农村82 起,占
79161 %。12 月发生88 起,占85144 %。448 例病例中,男性174 例,女性274 例; 年龄以2 ～ 29 岁年龄组居多,占
80158 %;职业分布以学生为主,占51179 %。[结论]突发公共卫生事件多数发生农村、学校及流动人口聚集区,死亡病例
主要发生在农村,应切实落实相应预防和控制措施,减少突发公共卫生事件的发生。

Abstract :[Objective] To analyze the information of emergency public health event s in Weihai , standardize the report s
and disposition of all kinds of emergency public health event s and advance the ability of dealing with emergency public
health event s1[Methods] The information of emergency public health event s in Weihai was analyzed with China Emergency
Public Reporting System and descriptive epidemiological method1 [ Results] 103 emergency public health event s or related
information were reported in 2006 ,of which 10 event s are confirmed classified emergency public health event s ,including 2
biggest event s ,8 common event s and 93 unclassified event s1 These event s affected 22916 people ,and 448 cases ,4 people
died113 event s caused by infectious disease ,3 event s caused by food poisoning and 87 caused by environmental factor145
Event s were reported in Huancui dist rict ,accounting for 43169 % of all event s reported in weihai1 82 event s were reported
in count ry ,accounting for 79161 percent188 event s were reported in November ,accounting for 85144 %1 There are 174
males and 274 females in total 448 cases ,The age of most cases varied between 2 and 29 years old ,accounting for 80158 %
